Study Case: Reducing User’s Hesitation on Web Campaign
The web designer can’t design web campaign carelessly. Each component on web page will determine the achievement of goals. Web designer must know about the user experience on web page. There is some method to know about user experience. On this study, researcher will research about reducing user’s hesitation on web campaign using experimental testing by adding notification text on new version of web page.
